  • At JnJ Jackets, we give priority to your satisfaction and this is why we take great care in its return policy.
  • Please keep in mind that it is necessary to share the picture of the damaged product within 3 days of delivery. JnJ Jackets will not be liable for the return or refund of the product.
  • JnJ Jackets values its return policy because sometimes customers find that the product they ordered doesn't meet their expectations after receiving it. Whether the reason is related to color, buttons, mistakes in the product, or any other aspect, JnJ Jackets will refund your money.
  • However, there are some conditions. If your order has already been dispatched, 40% of your payment will be deducted. If the order has not been dispatched, 20% of your payment will be deducted.
  • In case you cancel your order within 24 hours, 15% of your payment will be deducted.

  • If a customer is liable for a return and refund policy, but they decide to exchange the order, the customer will be rewarded a 20% discount coupon from JnJ Jackets.
  • If a customer is liable for a return and refund policy, but they decide neither to exchange nor to claim a refund, they will be rewarded a coupon of 30% discount, that can be used any time.
