  • At JnJ Jackets, we give priority to your satisfaction and this is why we take great care in its return policy.
  • Please keep in mind that it is necessary to share the picture of the damaged product within 1 days of delivery. JnJ Jackets will not be liable for the return or refund of the product.
  • Check the Product Specifications carefully, as your order will be made according to these specifications. If you need to make any changes, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. If additional features are added, the price will increase accordingly.
  • Review the Size Guide before placing your order. If you have size concerns, choose the closest available size and email us within 12 hours for adjustments.
  • Size will be provided in centimeters (CM). For example, if your body measurement is 89cm-92cm, your product will be 98cm-105cm. We strive for accuracy, but minor variations may occur. If you require an exact fit, email us within 12 hours with your exact body measurements, and we will customize the jacket accordingly.
  • If you place an order and face a size issue, we will verify the measurements and compare them with the details you provided at the time of purchase. If there is any discrepancy from our side, you can file a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, we will not be responsible for any issues.
  • If you received exactly what you ordered but the size does not fit due to your own mistake in selecting the size, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, as a goodwill gesture, we will provide you with a special discount that you can use for your next purchase.
  • JnJ Jackets values its return policy because sometimes customers find that the product they ordered doesn't meet their expectations after receiving it. Whether the reason is related to color, buttons, mistakes in the product, or any other aspect, JnJ Jackets will refund your money.
  • However, there are some conditions. If your order has already been dispatched, 60% of your payment will be deducted. If the order has not been dispatched, 50% of your payment will be deducted.
  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, 20% of your payment will be deducted. And if you cancel after 24 hours, 30% will be deducted.
  • We use the world's best materials to ensure our customers face no issues. However, some customers may claim material concerns just for refunds. If you want to verify the material before ordering, you can email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will provide you with detailed material guidelines and images to eliminate any confusion.

  • We only offer refunds for products that are damaged or defective, not for size issues, quality concerns, or any other reasons. However, we will still provide a discount so that you can place your order correctly next time.
  • If a customer is liable for a return and refund policy, but they decide to exchange the order, the customer will be rewarded a 20% discount coupon from JnJ Jackets.
  • If a customer is liable for a return and refund policy, but they decide neither to exchange nor to claim a refund, they will be rewarded a coupon of 30% discount, that can be used any time.
