Exchange Policy

At JnJ Jackets, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your delivered product, such as size, color, or a different item than expected, we offer an exchange policy to address your concerns. Please review the detailed points below to understand the exchange process, including conditions, responsibilities, and how to proceed with your request.

Exchange Policies:

  • In case there arises any issue with the delivered products, and you want to exchange a product and receive a second one, you can reach out to us with in 3 days at our email, exchange@jnjjackets.com
  • The reason for exchange can include problems with size or color, or in case you have received a different product.
  • In case you receive a defective or damaged product or if there is any other issue or mistake in the product, JnJ Jackets will take it back and deliver a better product to you, or if you prefer, you can keep the product and receive a discount on a second product.
  • The customer should have a valid reason for the product exchange.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to clearly mention the reason for the exchange in the email.
  • Further processing will be accompanied by our customer support representatives and they will guide you.
  • Customers should send the products back to JnJ Jackets once the exchange requests get approval from us.
  • When JnJ Jackets receives the parcel, our inspection team will inspect it.
  • After inspection, if we find the product to be accurate, we will send you the exchange.
  • The time required for the exchange delivery is the next 15 working days.

Terms and Conditions of Exchange Policy:

  • While planning to exchange a product you received from JnJ Jackets, you should make sure that it is in the original condition, otherwise JnJ will not be able to assist you.
  • In case you fail to send us the product in its original condition, JnJ Jackets will not be liable to provide you with an exchange.
  • In case there is any damage to the product from the customer’s end, we will be responsible for offering an exchange.
  • Customers should clearly mention a valid reason for the product exchange in the application.
  • Customers will easily get the product change in case the received parcel has a change in color or size or if it is different from the mentioned picture on our website.
  • Customers have to bear all the expenses of sending the product back to JnJ Jacket which you have planned to exchange on your own.
  • The customer is responsible for sending the product back to the same warehouse from where the customer has received it.
  • For the further process, customers should return the parcel they received. To return the incorrect product for an exchange, use a trackable courier service. The courier service will grant you the tracking ID/number; please share it with the JnJ Jackets customer care team to ensure smooth processing.
  • The exchange will be made not a free of cost. Whereas you are just liable to pay the customs charges and shipping charges.
  • Please keep in mind that custom parcels are not liable for the exchange policy.
  • In case you are eligible for exchange, but you agree to keep the previous product and do not proceed with the exchange process, JnJ Jacket will offer you a discount coupon. This discount coupon will provide you with a 30-40% discount on your next order.

Exchange procedure:

If you want to return or exchange the product, you can reach out to us at exchange@jnjjackets.com with your exchange request and clearly state the reason. Once your request is approved, return the product to JnJ Jackets. Upon receiving the returned product, our inspection team will verify it. If the product matches the criteria, we will process your exchange.

Once JnJ Jackets will receive and inspect your order, JnJ Jackets will notify you via email. In case you do not receive any email from our side, you can contact our customer support team at exchange@jnjjackets.com, JnJ Jackets is always here to help our clients. Our customer support team will get back to you within 24 hours.
